Quick Yummy Soup!
With this NYC weather all over the place, a lot of people are getting sick. I got this delicious soup recipe from my boyfriend and I LOVE IT. I wanted to share with you guys how to make it.
The pictures do not give this soup justice. But it really taste great. The vegetables and seasoning are already in this little packet of soup so it makes it easier to make it if you're feeling under the weather, want something quick to eat or just in the mood for some soup.
- Purchase a little bag of Maggi Sopas Caseras Vegetable at your local supermarket.
- Boil as much water as you normally would for soup. Add some pieces of cut up garlic while the water is boiling then add the bag of Maggi Sopas Caseras Vegetable. Let this boil for about 8 minutes.
- If you'd like to add eggs in the soup mix (I highly recommend it!) do it once the soup has boiled for about 10 minutes. All you have to do is crack the egg and throw the egg into the soup mix. Yes, the entire egg, yolk and all. Then let that boil until you see the egg get hardened (about 4 minutes).
And your soup is ready! I paired my soup with some Pillsbury Butter Flake Crescent Rolls. So delicious!
